I’m a pivotal sales manager with experience successfully managing up to $4 million dollars annual revenue in quotas, receiving significant awards and recognition. My passion is in using innovation to enable my customers achieve their business goals across the various metrics important specifically to each customer.

· I went on to start and run an online retail business where I dealt in mobile phone accessories, fashion accessories et cetera.
· I have received training in multiple sales methodologies (Challenger Sales, Value Selling framework, Target Account, Large Account Management Process, Strategic Selling, Solution Selling etc) which drive my approach to every sales engagement. I am able to form situation-specific approaches to each opportunity to drive to closure.

· Receipt and timely follow up of after-sales complaint from customers, escalated and resolved all customers’ service requests including fault reports and billing queries as well as administrative issues for all clients in brief and make recommendations to the team executive.
· Ensured speedy service implementation to all assigned customers by liaising with service delivery and technical teams.
· I continue to maintain a great social and working relationship with these entertainers.
