I provide technical and programmatic support in the areas of Antiretroviral Therapy, prevention of motherto-child transmission of HIV, ANC Malaria fever project, STI and reproductive health services among general and Key populations, cervical cancer screening, Advanced HIV disease, TB/HIV Coinfection, TB Covid and HIV clinical care services. This is in line with national guidelines and international best practices. I also work with partners and supported Sites towards target achievement for program sustainability. ▪ I Interface with stakeholders at the local government and State Level including Health Facilities. ▪ I Work with other team members towards the scale-up of HIV services by supporting identifying areas of unmet need and expanding services to new sites. ▪ I contribute to the development of program work plans. ▪ I carry out quality improvement activities and follow up with the implementation of recommendations across facilities ▪ I work closely with other team members to prepare program reports and document best practices. ▪ I also organize training and workshops and ensure capacity building for stakeholders on best practices related to the HIV program implementation. ▪ I participate actively in the monthly data validation process and proffer solutions and remediation for all identified gaps

§ I attended to patients at the outpatient, wards, and emergency departments. I offered emergency and elective surgical services when necessary.

§ I was the Antiretroviral therapy clinician and the role required carrying out initial clinical evaluation for newly tested HIV Positive Clients at enrolment into care. I provided treatment and support services and managed HIV-related co-morbidities.

§ I worked collaboratively with the National TB and leprosy control program to intensify TB Case finding among patients that visited the facility. I also ensured proper linkage to the DOTS and specialized treatment centers when necessary, for clients diagnosed with tuberculosis.

§ I participated in organizing health promotion activities through health talks, counseling, and advocacy at the facility

§ I also worked at the antenatal and gynecology clinics managing pregnancy and related complications.

§ I also referred complicated cases for specialist review.

§ I was the medical officer in charge of the facility participating in the day-to-day care of patients in the outpatient department, wards, and emergency unit, and also performing emergency and elective surgical procedures when clinically indicated.

§ I was the site coordinator for the HIV treatment program at the facility
