SELECTED CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

  • I am passionate about competence development for my team, championing multiskilling project to make 90% of NRD PU frontline team multiskilled by December 2024. Developed a Charter, road map, presentation materials, competence & training skill pool matrix. Carried out gap analysis for team members and developed gap closure plan. Commenced in-house knowledge sharing sessions and collaborated with the capability team to get line trainers for daily classroom & hands-on training sessions, sought opportunities and delivered formal trainings/courses & STAs. A lot of success stories are being recorded, including cost savings, reduced Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), multiskilling & upskilling NR/D personnel.
  • As part of cost optimization initiatives in Nun River/Diebu Creek PU, I initiated reduced milk-run demands by leveraging Gbaran route for material movement and waste evacuation utilizing the Monthly PMS barge movement. Savings of about $45K.
  • I Championed the Nun River/Diebu Creek Bulk flow to Gbaran project to drive the reduction in our carbon footprint and greatly reduce high GHG emissions from the flow-stations. This project reduces gas flaring from 20MMscf/d to 0.4MMscf/d.
