• Development and Implementation of HSE Standards: Develop, implement, and review HSE guidelines, policies, procedures, and management systems aligned with local and international best practices.
• Harmonize health and safety standards for application across facility design, construction, operation, maintenance, and decommissioning phases.
  

Regulatory Compliance and Oversight:

• Monitor compliance with petroleum laws, regulations, and HSE guidelines at drilling sites, production platforms, flow stations, and pipelines.
• Conduct periodic safety audits and ensure adherence to Upstream Petroleum Safety Regulations for workforce protection.

Risk Management and Incident Response:

• Identify and mitigate workplace risks through safety procedures and risk assessments.
• Track and investigate accidents and incidents, administering offshore safety permits and coordinating safety cases.

Environmental and Sustainability Management:

• Review and approve environmental impact assessments (EIAs), risk registers, and management plans for oil and gas operations.
• Oversee pollution prevention and control programs, including oil spill contingency plans (OSCP), spillage documentation, investigation, cleanup, and environmental remediation efforts.
• Support sustainability initiatives, such as methane emissions tracking, Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) programs, and carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS) frameworks.

• Provided technical expertise throughout all phases of the project, ensuring accurate execution of designs and specifications.
• Maintained records for each project and engineering discipline.
• Monitored installation of materials and equipment for compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Completed construction tasks while providing safe working conditions, staying on budget and meeting project deadlines.

Marketing and Product Promotion:

• Support the bank’s marketing efforts by promoting financial products and services to customers.
• Participate in campaigns to onboard new customers, such as opening accounts or enrolling in digital banking platforms.
• Engage in community outreach or financial literacy programs to enhance the bank’s visibility and customer base.
