• Facilitated the implementation of 1-click or KYC solution which saw KYC submission rate increase by +13% MoM and Pass Rate increase by +9% MoM in 2022
• Facilitated the implementation of 'opt-In' consent box for registering users in Africa to reduce the potential of possible litigation stemming from lack of consent to users receiving marketing communications in 2022
• Discovered erroneous over-payments to affiliates over the years for non-African registrations thereby reducing payments to affiliates by about 50% MoM.

• Initiated an E-Meeting program between Glovo and its Couriers to mitigate challenges in reading & writing faced by the Couriers who cannot interact properly with In-app comms. We saw an average of 14% & 5% decline in both reassignment and cancellation rates respectively within the first month of implementation.
• Worked with the finance team to develop an effective cash recollection strategy which enabled us to keep our average Cash Balance to average Order Value ratio at the globally acceptable rate of 3%.
• Secured partnership with a choice 3rd Party Logistics Company thereby improving the size of our total fleet by 5%.

Some Key Tasks:

• Lead a 360 team in charge of launching new cities and driving them to success in record time, having a direct impact on Glovo's expansion agenda in Nigeria.
• Run all the on-ground activities to build the foundation for Glovo to succeed, managing multiple projects and being a resourceful multi-tasker.
• Be the representative for Glovo in my area for press, launch events, conferences, and media interactions.

Some Key Achievements:

• Expanded Glovo's service to the Mainland Area Of Lagos (Ikeja & Surulere) within my first 50 days. This involved efficiently working cross-functionally with the sales, operations, marketing, legal, and other relevant teams.
• Extended Glovo's Island's Service within city of operations by about 35% coverage from 25% within my first 30-days.

Key Tasks:

• Supervise 6 Operation Specialists and 4 Operations Coordinator nationwide.

Some Achievements:

• Provided HQ management with data with actionable insights on leads acquisition & conversion in Nigeria.
• Successfully led a driver verification process nationwide that saw over 3k drivers verified within 3-Months.
• Scaled driver onboarding process/training from hybrid (Remote & Physical) to 100% Remote during the Covid-19 Pandemic which saw us convert the highest ever amount of 6,500 drivers trained in a month in May 2021.
• Recruited and managed over 30 Remote Activation Partners nationwide within 45-days.
• Developed an operational strategy that increased our new driver log-in and first trip rate by 8% within the first month of implementation.
