- Coordinating with the SNG workshop quality assurance officer for 100% quality service delivery.
- Operations vehicles health status is also monitored on the FMT platform.
- Health, Safety, Security and Environment Meeting
- Organized daily toolbox, weekly and monthly HSSE meeting.
- Learnings are shared, safety rules are discussed and commitment to attain goal zero in the areas of incident are made.
- Monthly Report
- Prepare Monthly Logistics HSE Returns, capturing, Man-hour, operations vehicles kilometer driven, Fuel consumption (GHG data conversion) and drivers driving behavior.
- AMS-KPI monthly reporting, capturing operations vehicles availability vasus utilisation.
- Contract Holder
- Manage and monitor vendor’s 100% compliance to the agreed contract terms (conducting annual Business Performance Review).
- Ensure contract are reviewed to achieve 100% business objectives, presented for renewal to manage operations and business continuity.
- Training
- Monitor and ensure team members attend trainings as schedule, which is a mandatory process in individual development to perform effectively in their assigned roles.
- Motor Vehicle Incident Reporting
- Reported MVI on SPERA Cloud within the speculated 24 hrs. company policy.
- Participating in investigation to determine root cause.

- Fatigue Management
