  • I have successfully negotiated over seventy-five supply contracts with a cumulative volume of 2.5Bscf/d worth a yearly value $85million across the natural gas value chain
  • I lead drafting, negotiation, execution and contract management of diverse gas supply contracts varying from GSAAs, IGSAs, Interim Supply, Gas Swap, Spot Sale etc
  • I led the transition, dissolution on re-incorporation of the company in compliance with the Petroleum Industry Act 2021
  • I lead the company secretariat division as the Secretary to the Board and coordinate all related governance and compliance functions
  • I championed the institution of the New Energy team and decarbonization drive towards sustainable and cleaner forms of energy
  • I lead the Monitoring & Evaluation Team on Domestic Gas offtake and usage compliance based on regulated payment schedule
