I ensure that all transactions, local and international, done on all our terminals - ATM, POS, WEB, etc,

are appropriately and adequately settled by the various switches.

Ensure that the Bank's books in relation with card business are up to date and a true reflection of

the underlying transactions.

Render, to the regulatory body - the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), External and Internal Auditors,

various reports and books as may be required quarterly, bi- annually and annually.

Prepare and analysis the Income Statement of the Bank's card business on a monthly basis.

Monitoring the Bank's Nostro accounts (card-related transactions) in order to ensure that the

balances reflect the true value of the Bank's relationship with the Correspondent Banks.

Liaise with the various switches and vendors for the purpose of delivering value to our Cardholders

and Merchants.

Oversee the activities of the Unit, ensuring that the right personnel is assigned to the right task,

delegate tasks as may be needed and provide coaching if required.

Provide appropriate reports to the Departmental Head to aid appraisal, decision-making and policy

review.

Appraise team-members based on tasks achieved, attitude on the job, and teamwork. Appropriate
