• Managed all medications including giving correct dose in line with the prescription.
• Spent social time chatting about early life and accepting visits from family members.
• Ran errands for them, did shopping, and picked up other necessities.
• Ensure proper dressing of Mrs Julianah diabetic foot to avoid contamination.
