Cooking is a rather versatile hobby for me. With cooking you can see and taste, your progress as your skills advance. It’s always nice when your efforts in a hobby pay off, but being able to actually see your progress can motivate you to stick with it, and it can be meditative and relaxing when we take our time and really get into it. Recipes can be passed down from generation to generation, and cooking allows me to connect with loved ones over time.
Reading naturally improve my focus and concentration, helps to reduce stress and boost my creativity and knowledge in topics that I am curious about. Reading allows me to expand my vocabulary with stronger analytical thinking skills. It is also a source of relaxation with immense inner peace and tranquility.
Just like my two other hobbies gardening requires activities like pruning, digging, watering the plants, bending, etc. It is a pretty good workout regime for me. Gardening can be an enjoyable and rewarding activity because it can motivate us to switch to a healthy diet and lead a stress free and happy life. There are also health benefits associated with gardening, such as reduce risk of heart disease, stroke and high blood pressure.
