• Assessing Principal investigator review of subject test results and safety data, prioritizing timeliness and Accuracy.
• Ensuring that 100% of source documents utilized at the sites are Attributable, Legible, contemporaneous, Original, Accurate and Complete in accordance with (ALCOA-C).
