• Assessing eligibility criteria of 73 participants with 8 principal investigators across sites prior to randomization.
• Reviewing data quality imputed in electronic data capture systems (Veevavault, Medidata Rave and Openclinica), with source data verification.
• Assessing Principal investigator review of subject test results and safety data, prioritizing timeliness and Accuracy.

• Ensuring that 100% of source documents utilized at the sites are Attributable, Legible, contemporaneous, Original, Accurate and Complete in accordance with (ALCOA-C).

This role sharpened my ability in 3 domains, namely

• Communication with clarity in both verbal and documentation contexts

• Attention to Detail in review of source and study related documents

• Professional resilience in the face of delays, travel fatigue, unresponsive sites

As a Medical Officer in a high-volume rural clinic serving 50 patients daily in the heart of Lagos, responsibilities included

• Providing comprehensive primary and acute care across all age groups with limited diagnostic resources and high patient turnover.
• Making rapid yet safe clinical decisions, prioritize critical cases, and manage simultaneous consultations efficiently.

This experience reinforced adaptability in challenging settings. Lessons instilled include.

• Discipline to stay composed under pressure while leading our team through busy calls.
• Commitment required to ensure no patient is overlooked, even when workload becomes overwhelming.
• Ensuring every patient walks out better than they came in

As Medical Mission Volunteer and Event Coordinator, Responsibilities included

• Participating in health missions to provide free healthcare to over 200 indigents in rural parts of Lagos, Nigeria
• Structuring outreach activities and program of events for educational committee seminars
• Facilitating Mentor-mentee relationships, recruiting members, corresponding with guest speakers for conferences
• Liaising with other NGOs for collaborative efforts towards better healthcare infrastructure development and medical supplies in the community of Makoko Lagos.

This experience exposed me to organizational efficiency and the importance of mentorship, while extending health care to underserved parts of
the country.

As Founder and CEO of TomiSalau photography; responsibilities included

• Crafting visual narratives for special moments and memories of significant occasions, ranging from weddings to graduations and other
  celebration.
• Conceptualizing visual stories for brands to increase profitability and drive sales through stunning imagery employed in ad campaigns.
• Educating over 50 students, in a masterclass themed "The art of portraiture", inspiring young creative of the next generation.
  

This experience taught me the importance of creativity and versatility in bringing a unique approach to solving the specific problems of each individual client. A skill that is transferable to site management where the oversight is a product of the same level of strategic thinking.
