ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP
• Charter and review the Organizations Country Strategic Medical Goals and Objectives, Direction, Planning, Review process, Policy, Corporate image, Legal and Administrative compliance, System and Procedures.
FISCAL MANAGEMENT
• Oversee infrastructure that optimizes company Revenue and Financial cycle, Budgeting, Profitability, Financial resources and Assets management.
BUSINESS STRATEGY
• Coordinate contracting process for acquisition, Outsourcing, Third tier administration, Develop Strategic business objectives to maintain Brand visibility, Competitiveness, Optimal service delivery, Acquire more market share, Peak performance and Business Intelligence
ORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENT
• Work in conjunction with the HR Advisor to develop and review HR policies, staff recruitment / development /retention/compensation & benefits, Coordinate and review activities of Head of departments, CFO, HBD, Practice Managers, Operations Manager, Healthcare administrator, Safety manager Supervisor
STEWARDSHIP
• Contribute to meetings of the Board of Directors, CRI
CHIEF MEDICAL OFFICER & HEAD OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH
Executive Committee, Chairs CRI Management meeting, lead QHSE and QMS committee and assist with developing meeting agendas.
