• Co-ordinate the assessment and screening of clients in all sphere of OHS especially in the Oil and gas sector and remote site locations in accordance to OGUK guidelines; Health Risk assessment and surveillance, Pre-employment examination, Pre-placement screening, intra-employment testing, offshore certification, Annual health screening, Medical aspect of fitness to work offshore, food handlers screening, biological monitoring.(Compliant with Data Protection Act 1998, Disability Discrimination Act 2005 e.t.c
• Management of work-related / work exacerbated injuries and chronic disease for offshore and ancillary workers, follow up and referrals; management of Occupational health and safety offshore
• Travel Health risk assessment and advice; relevant health screening, Occupational Immunizations, and indicated chemoprophylaxis
• Co-ordinate and Render medical advice on Employee assistance program and return to work program

Emergency Medical Operations

• Provide medical advice on all International / local medical evacuation and medical escort.
• Co-ordinates and respond to all emergency dispatches; Ascertain fit to fly status; Conduct pre-flight assessments;
• Provide leadership and medical advice to the Emergency Contact Center for ground operations.
• Prepare an annual training plan for staff; through ongoing evaluation, identify and provide remediation in areas that are deficient and also ensure that the approved annual training plan is implemented within the budgeted amount.
• Monitor, and evaluate Doctors, Nurses and Paramedics to ensure patient care and documentation standards are met, through auditing systems such as; patient satisfaction surveys, case reviews and drills.
• Create, deploy and evaluate quality improvement programs to meet the needs of patient care.
• Establish and maintain effective working relations with stakeholders, to ensure organizational issues, ambulance services standards, and other matters are addressed.
• Responsible for the developing of organizational policies and procedures.
• Participate and Chair in meetings to determine operational goals, budgets, and accounting processes.
• Analyze and interpret patient care and operational systems data. Maintain, collect and review investigative reports to be used as evidence and testimony for legal, quasi-legal, insurance, governmentally sanctioned and other external investigations; Compile data into workable and interpretive form using various statistical procedures.
• Conduct ongoing research and review of current and forecasted information about EMS, to identify and evaluate various successful ambulance and emergency medical services models and new innovations.
• Assist in orchestrating the sales and business development process by maximizing contact with key decision makers in the potential clients organizations and focus efforts to generate business and obtain leads
  

• Reports directly to the medical director on patient management matrix, morbidity and mortality patterns, clinic utilization and occupancy rates, effective therapeutics, SOPP utilization, client's referrals, consultant's mobilization/effectiveness and improvement initiatives.
• Coordinates the Emergency Room of the hospital: attend to emergencies, perform emergency procedures, ensures supply of emergency drugs and consumables, ensure equipment are in working condition and receives patients from referral centres via ground ambulance transfers.
• Consults on an outpatient and inpatient basis; ensure patient stratification in alignment with centres code of conduct; manage all admissions and ICU cases; manage the blood bank, perform procedures and work directly under the supervision of relevant consultants for advanced care.
• Conduct occupational health clinics performing such tasks as managing chronic occupational health illnesses, wellness services, fitness to work screening, occupational hygiene counseling, Food handlers screening, offshore medical screening, Aviation personnel screening.
• Participates in clinical governance initiatives; representative of the clinical audit team and clinical review, ensures compliance from junior staff, provide direct mentor-ship, ongoing evaluation and resource orientation,
