• Acted as the Lead and Country Focal Person for the development, implementation and operationalisation of NiRTIMS and CoSMoS for all RAAMP Participating States across the Country.
• Developed 'Lagos State Flood Mitigation Plan' under the auspice of LASEMA, presently adopted to provide short term and long term measures towards managing flood hazards in the State.
• Introduced and developed an Electronic Data Capture (EDC) for Lagos State Emergency Management Agency, LASEMA. It is being deployed to collect data on Emergency incident report, Inspection and evaluation, enumeration and IDPs data capture. Hence, data collection, retrieval, analysis and reporting have become automated, easy, accurate, timely, seamless, mobile, flexible, and secured.
• Pioneered and introduced GIS operations in Lagos State Emergency Management Agency, LASEMA.
• Among the team that carried out a project for Lagos State Government on 'Reconnaissance survey and Mapping of Fire Hydrants across the 20 LGAs of Lagos State. The GIS mapping was coordinated out by me.
