Talent Acquisition:

People Relations
· Critical evaluation of high-impact issues and problems; and recommending data driving insights and solutions.
· Nurture a good relationship with employees, social partners and unions towards improving overall employee experience at SGS.
· Lead the annual Engagement Surveys Campaigns and other evolving EE action plan (Team Building, Pulse Survey, Focus Group Discussion etc.)
· Motivated employees through special events and incentive programs.
Performance Management
· Responsible for the overall delivery of the Performance Management Process education and compliance.
· Gives feedback, recognizes achievement, and recommends improvement across the organization
· Help other understand the intricacies and subtleties of performance management, while fostering an environment that support & rewards individual and team performances.
Workplace Policies & Culture
· Conducts periodic risk assessment and test of current procedures in line with evolving organization needs and regulatory provisions. This leads to the creation and remove of new policies in the HR Manual from time to time.
· Leads the consequence management commit that champions awareness on accountability towards SGS corporate culture.
· Advised decision-makers on complex and confidential matters ranging from performance management to employee relations issues
Health & Safety
· Provides oversight for the provision adequate health care insurance and access to care for all employees in a cost effective way.
· Collaborating with the Operations Integrity Team and Management to ensure a safe working environment within the office facilities.
· Driving safety education and other leading indicators in the organization.
Immigration & Mobility
· Coordinated the Processing unit Nigeria, Valuation Research Center, and the Risk Management Team.
· Set objectives and performance targets for teams in my span of control
· Coached team members, Seconded Nigeria Customs Officers, Central Bank of Nigeria, Trade & Exchange Officers, Federal Ministry of Finance Imports and other stakeholders like the Freight Forwarder & Importers.
