Since resuming at Louis Dieudonne Limited as a Data analyst, I have done a couple of projects with the HR department to reorganize and restructure their records, using old and newly-sourced data from questionnaires and physical interviews. Generally, my functions involve:

• Data Collection and Extraction: Collection of data from various sources especially using questionnaires and interviews and documenting such data to be used for analysis
• Utilized data visualization tools to effectively communicate business insights.
• Data Cleaning and Preparation: Identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies in data sets
• This includes dealing with missing values, duplicates, and outliers
• Structuring and formatting data into a usable format
• This may involve normalizing data, creating calculated fields, and converting data types
• Data Analysis: Performing initial investigations on data to discover patterns, spot anomalies, test hypotheses, and check assumptions using statistical graphics and other data visualization techniques
• Applying statistical methods to interpret and summarize data
• This might include regression analysis, correlation, hypothesis testing, and clustering
• Data Visualization and Reporting: Designing and developing dashboards, charts, and graphs using tools like Power BI, or Excel to make data insights easily understandable
• Generating reports that summarize findings, provide insights, and support decision-making
• This can be done through static reports, interactive dashboards, or presentations
• Collaborating with Stakeholders: Meeting with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements for data analysis
• Communicating findings to stakeholders through presentations and meetings, ensuring they understand the implications of the data.

• Manage a project involving the integration of video and chat functionalities to the existing LMS website of HIC
• Create and maintain project tasks backlog using Jira, ensuring clear visibility of project progress
• Develop and organize project artifacts in Confluence, facilitating efficient documentation and collaboration
• Conduct meetings with project stakeholders to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to leverage their expertise and ensure project success
• Negotiate rates with the development team, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to budget
• Coordinate team members for meetings, fostering effective communication and collaboration
• Facilitate communication channels between different project teams, ensuring seamless information flow.

• Maintained purchasing information, managed contracts, oversaw purchasing processes, responded to internal and external inquiries, and served as a vendor liaison
• Communicated through written and verbal forms to upper management, clients, representatives, customers, contractors, vendors, and other members of the organisation
• Acted as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, serving as a liaison with vendors
• Ensured timely and accurate responses to inquiries from various stakeholders
