Operated the Two Casing Four Stage GE Steam Turbine Compressor without unnecessary trips.

October 22-24, 2018. | Intensive CO2 Compressor Training Content: Hotwell and surface condenser system, lube oil system, vacuum system, sealing steam and buffer air, interstage coolers and separators, trip tests, critical parameters, start up and shutdown operations and emergencies.

Key Modules: Safe Handling/Operations of High Pressure and High Temperature Equipment associated with Urea Synthesis, Granulation, Material Handling/Storage. Plunger pumps, centrifugal pumps, extraction-condensing turbine, CO2 compressors, air blowers, heater exchangers and drums.
Competences: Urea/Granulation Plants startup and shutdown (blocked and normal shut-down operations). Monitor and operate equipment and processes in Urea Plant in accordance with operating instructions. Maintains the plant parameters in safe conditions. Carries out instructions to regulate operating conditions as necessary. Carries out regular monitoring of equipment performance. Informs the Boardman of abnormal noises, vibrations, leaks etc. Records details of the plant operations.
