- Project Manager of an ongoing $10 million plant upgrade project that has successfully improved plant reliability and product quality
- Designer and Project Manager of a $5 million, 5 Megawatt(100tons Boiler) Power plant expansion project fully engineered locally
- Effect a save the day mechanical solution to a collapsing 1million liters tank that had a failed civil foundation and was leading to a total unproductive plant shutdown after initially limiting production for years
- Research, design and construct in 11 days a replacement 15 Megawatt cooling tower machine that accidentally got burnt and was going to make the plant idle for at least 6 months
