  • Collaborated with a team of 5 including 2 Engineers,1 Sales and marketing and 1 UI/UX designer in the development of Acada360 a note sharing platform. I was responsible for identifying the user personas, creating and implementing a go to market strategy as well as identifying what new features to add.
  • Negotiated split payment integration when I was entrepreneur-in-residence at Tripican (an online event/movie ticket reservation platform) with a major payment gateway provider that saved us over $6,000 in implementation fees whilst also reassuring our partners of our commitment to pay for ticket sold promptly. This integration increased our business opportunities by 50% as more movie theatres and event organizers signed with us, and thus our revenue increased by over 100%
  • Formed partnership with 7 commercial banks to link our API with the bank apps so that customers can easily and securely purchase event/movie tickets via their respective bank apps. This partnership lead to significant increase in sales due to customer confidence.
  • leveraged on partnerships to pre-sell 8,000 tickets, that brought in 16,000,000 Naira in revenue. Our partners used the tickets for promotions and as gifts.
  • Optimized the production process at Hapoti.ng furniture to improve the turn around and delivery time by 30%.
