- Maintenance: ensures synergy with maintenance and Tyre team in order to reduce non-operational trucks. Achieves a recurring release of 1 truck per day.
- Human Asset Management: Actively involved in provision of staff and driver welfare. This includes compensation, benefits and promotion of performing drivers based on self- developed KPIs. Co-initiated the disbursement of funds for Injured drivers according EC Act, 2010.
- Report Creation: Timely generation and analysis of fleet performance report for top management with the use of TMS (Novatrack, Google Maps, Excel and Google earth).
- Inventory: Performs regular check on vehicular assets like tyre audits, truck checklist, AGO usage and road worthiness of trucks. Executed management policies that reduced theft rate by 60%.
- Recovery: Implemented recovery of accident and impounded trucks that belongs to the company. Team has cut down impounded trucks to 1.6%. Negotiations are still ongoing to release more.
- Recruitment: Involved in the transformation of driver recruitment. Reorganized selection, training and development of drivers along with Fleet Admin. This has reduced the accident rate by 65%.
