Women In IHS Network (WIIN) mentoring program was created to help IHS female colleagues build networks, raise their profile and develop additional tools needed to succeed. It is an Eleven-month program running annually from January – December involving Female mentees who are internal colleagues .There are series of learning and networking events throughout the program. Mentoring pairs meet every four to six week. Comprehensive learning materials and guidance is provided by mentoring experts at Moving Ahead IHS' partner for this program
