RESPONSIBILITIES
· Supervising teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance and security.
· Ensuring that basic facilities such as water and heating are well maintained.
· Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations, health and security standards and energy efficiency requirements.
· Preparing month reports on all facilities of the hotels which is to be presented to the MD and Manager.
· Update Master sheet, Daily Deeds and Gen log. Policy update and compliance.
· Attend to guest needs after hours.
· Report (diesel usage, monthly management report, maintenance reports, expense variance report, policy change report, vendor engagement report).
· Managing the guest board.
· Checking in guests, ensuring filled and collecting IDs.

RESPONSIBILITIES
· Ensuring that the hotel is well maintained by scheduling repairs and maintenance as needed.

· Reviewing guest complaints, concerns, or issues to make decisions about how to best respond to them.
· Managing the daily operations of the hotel including scheduling and supervising staff members.
· Ensuring that all guests are safe while staying at the hotel.
