• Currently advising ARM Investment Managers Limited (the Fund Manager of the NGN1 Trillion Ministry of Finance Incorporated Real Estate Investment Fund) on several financings to commercial banks and primary mortgage institutions for the origination of mortgages
• Advised African Frontier Capital and BLN1 Investment Limited on a USD6 Million receivables financing from Norfund
• Currently advising the Société de Promotion et de Participation pour la Coopération Economique S.A. (Proparco) on a USD60 million financing to an agribusiness company in Singapore for on-lending to it Nigerian affiliate
• Currently advising the Nigerian Mortgage Refinance Company on a USD200 million financing from a Development Finance Institution
• Advised Union Bank Plc and Fidelity Bank Plc on two bilateral financings to Ibom Airlines Limited in an aggregate sum of NGN59.9 Billion for the purchase of an aircraft
• Advised African Finance Corporation on its USD15 million Financing of LR Africa Holdings SPC
• Advised African Frontier Capital, an Africa-focused investment group, on its receivables financing in Nigeria from funds managed by Chapel Hill Denham
• Advised the Bisedge group on its USD6million mezzanine financing
• Advised the African Development Bank (AfDB) on a proposed USD450 million senior loan facility to another African Development Finance Institution
• Advised the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and Proparco on the grant of a EUR15 million secured facility to a leading diagnostic joint-venture company in Africa
• Advised Zenith Bank UK Limited on a term loan facility and overdraft facility to one of the largest manufacturing companies in Nigeria
• Advised Nithio, an AI-enabled clean energy investment company, on its debt investment in d.light design, Inc., an industry-leading manufacturer and distributor of solar products across Africa and India
• Advised the AfDB on its USD50 million line of credit to First City Monument Bank (FCMB), a commercial bank in Nigeria
• Advised Proparco on the grant of its USD35 million credit facility to FCMB
• Advised IFC in relation to the grant of a loan facility in the aggregate amount of USD18 million to a mid-scale agri-commodity trader company in Singapore and its related party in Nigeria
• Advised an Anglo-South African bank on the restructuring of a loan granted to a Nigerian Borrower for the purchase of an aircraft
• Advised IFC on the rescheduling of principal repayments outstanding under the facility granted to Capic Hexagon Nigeria Limited
• Advised GZ Industries Limited on the NGN750 million loan facility granted to it by Stanbic IBTC and Rand Merchant Bank
• Advised a leading manufacturing company in Nigeria in respect of six (6) separate financings from its lenders which are all commercial banks

• Advised Cappa and D'Alberto in the reorganisation of its issued share capital through a scheme of arrangement for the purchase of its minority shareholding interests
• Advised Mavin Records Limited in the divestment of its record label business by a foreign venture capitalist firm in Nigeria
• Advised the Founder in the capital investment by private equity investors in Mavin Global Holdings Limited
• Advised Nampak International Limited in the divestment of its entire equity stake in two of its subsidiaries in Nigeria
• Advised Yamaha Motor Company Limited on its business financing scheme with MAX Inc. and MAX NG in Nigeria
• Conducted due diligence on the Nigerian subsidiaries of MAX Inc. in respect of the acquisition of a minority interest in MAX Inc. by Yamaha Motor Ventures & Laboratory Silicon Valley, Inc.
• Advised a global pharmaceutical company on the divestment of its business in Nigeria
• Advised a global food and home care manufacturing company in an asset light deal in Nigeria
• Advised a property development company on a rights issue to be undertaken by the company
• Advised a family-owned hospital in the divestment of a majority of its shares
• Advising the Seller and negotiating the terms of sale in the acquisition of minority interest by a foreign investor in a Nigerian advertising entity
