Currently taking care of my grandfather's daily physical, mental, social and health needs.

• Establish nutritious meal plans and prepare daily offerings to meet his dietary needs.
• Assist him with bathing, grooming, dressing and oral hygiene care.
• Assist him with changing his urethral catheter
• Transport him to events and activities, medical appointments and shopping trips.
• Involve him in conversation and social activities to keep him mentally stimulated.

Aside other duties, create interactions with patients, especially the terminally ill, in the outpatient clinic and wards, giving them a positive outlook on life.

Worked part-time with a team of 7 care assistants to provide daily care to the elderly and dependent patients within Kano metropolis with emphasis on maintaining and promoting their comfortability.

• Remained alert to problems or health issues of clients and competently responded.
• Recognized and reported abnormalities or changes in patients' health status to case manager.
• Monitored client vital signs, administered medications and tracked behaviors to keep healthcare supervisor well-informed.
