• Responsible for providing overall effective leadership to the facilities team in the management and maintenance of MHF's residential, commercial, and industrial property portfolios
• Monitoring and compliance with specific site needs, energy optimization, managing priorities, providing guidance, and support to site teams to ensure high-quality workmanship.

• Plan, direct, monitor, and control overall facilities management operations (hard and soft services) to drive efficiency and sustain operations throughout managed facilities and projects.
