- Regular engagement with business users and application developers/vendors to understand and document functional and user acceptance requirements.
- Resolve technical issues and forecast troubleshooting complications during testing.
- Design and write test plans, user acceptance test (UAT) scripts for system under test (SUT).
- Identify, analyze and document software defects, anomalies or deviation from requirements during functional testing using JIRA with strict adherence to project deadlines.
- Review software application user manuals and release documentations.
- Continuously work with both local and International application vendors to provide support, integration, upgrade and updates on the core banking application (BASIS), enterprise applications such as SAP and CRM-Dynamics 365 as well as other banking applications such as Calypso, Lead2Loan by JMRI, Instant Card Issuance application - PRIME, Microsoft Power Tools.
- Participate in Disaster Recovery / Failover Test.
