Job Summary: Carry out safe and proactive monitoring, condition analysis, diagnosis, and maintenance (preventive and corrective) of various Electrical Safety Critical Equipment at Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC), Gbaran-Ubie Integrated Oil and Gas/ Kolo-creek Facility. These includes Earthing and Lightning System, Emergency Diesel Generators (EDG's), Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), Explosion Proof Junction Boxes, Fire Water Systems, etc.

Duties

• Implement and track weekly, monthly, and yearly preventive maintenance plans on designated electrical equipment including Motors, Transformers, Generators, Switchboards, AC and DC UPSs, Distribution Boards, Lighting Fittings, Batteries (including battery revamping), Earthing and Lightning Protection systems.
• Provide technical support as Authorized Electrical Personnel for applying and removing Electrical Isolations as required during routine and troubleshooting activities.
• Provide Safety Leadership for assigned activities for team, by functioning as Permit Holder, E-Vision Authorized Party, etc. to ensure culture of safety compliance.
• Monitor and operate electrical/hydraulic control panels, safety and emergency shutdown devices, Fire and Gas Systems.
• Proficient in planning, scheduling and execution of preventive maintenance using relevant Enterprise Management Software such as SAP.
• Raise Z1 Notification for corrective maintenance, Identify and secure required resources (materials and other service requirements) for job assignments.
• Double acting as production Work Preparer/ Maintenance Executor for electrical maintenance team.
• Participates in electrical equipment failure investigation and analyses using techniques such as RCA, Causal Learning, Bow-Tie analysis.
• Function as Interface Coordinator with Operations, Maintenance, Project teams during planning and execution of Major Turnaround Maintenance.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date database of maintenance records for all relevant assets.
• Review work processes and activities to identify and recommend opportunities for improvement, especially with regards to work safety, productivity, and cost efficiency.
• Participated in Commissioning / Re-Commissioning of Early Production Facility (EPF) for Gas Export to Nigerian Independent Power Plant (NIPP).
• Mentor, coach, and enhance team building for peers and junior personnel, interns, new joiners, etc.

Job Summary: Support and Maintain various radio network of over 80 PDH and SDH radio systems comprising NEC 3000S, Ceragon, Paso-Link, Harris Stratex Eclipse Radio, across SPDC Flow Stations /Gas Plants; Land and Offshore Well Management Operations / Rigs, to ensured minimum of 98% network availability.

Duties

• Resolved link stability issues on NEC 3000S at various SPDC western division work locations.
• Performed Link performance analysis for optimization on five.
• Consistently maintained above 98% network availability of 60 Mbit/s Data and STM-1 Voice traffic using Harris Stratex Eclipse Radios and NEC 3000S microwave radio with Key mile UMUX 1500 to SPDC flow Stations /gas plants, Land and Offshore Well Management Operations / Rigs.
