A General Manager Operations (Telecommunications Infrastructure) is responsible for ensuring timely, cost-efficient, and safe delivery of telecom projects through effective governance, standardization, and performance monitoring. The role oversees diesel logistics and energy management, managing over 400,000 liters of diesel monthly for site operations across 1,200 sites in Sokoto, Kebbi, Katsina, Bauchi, Gombe, Adamawa, Yobe, Plateau, Nasarawa, Kogi, Abuja, and Maiduguri. The GM ensures operational reliability, site security, staff welfare, and administrative efficiency, while reporting directly to the COE, MD, DD, COO, Chairman, and Board of Directors.
