· Reconcile End of Day reports for cardholder transactions against Scheme reports.
· Match internally issued daily reports for issuer banks and cardholder transactions.
· Match and validate 'General Ledger' for Acquirer & Issuing banks on daily basis with payment system transactions report to ensure all transactions have been posted accurately.
· Check Outgoing transactions for all Acquiring and Issuing POS to ensure accurate presentment and collection.
· Investigate errors received from Schemes in coordination with the related banks.
· Assist client banks with any queries related to Settlement processes.
· Report and follow through with concerned teams (internally/externally) to resolve all errors.
· Review cardholders’ statements to ensure all transactions are correctly reflected.
· Support the testing and implementation of new payment systems before its launch.
