• Developed high and low level delivery plan for smart grid advance metering platform to support 285,000 maximum and non maximum demand smart meters.
• Planned resource requirement for rollout and hired resources as project progresses.
• Managed delivery of AMI platform and application.
• Managed delivery of over 60000 smart meters on existing IKEDC network.

Project Management Office Division MTN Nigeria Full Turnkey Project, Amount ($270 million).

• Develop end to end project implementation plan and managed the civil infrastructure rollout to support 1330 2G+3G rollout.
• Managed delivery of 348 civil infrastructures sites in 10months.
• Monitor and control project budget and ensured monthly revenue target are met.
• Managed customer requirement and expectations by understanding customer’s needs, provided solutions and presented weekly report with detailed gap analysis report in order to address concerns that might impact on delivery plan.
• Fully responsible for the entire resource management, (project staff, subcontractors, and materials).

• Developed delivery master plan for delivery of 426 sites both civil infrastructure and RF installations 2G+3G.
• Developed and initiated projects, including managing costs, schedule and performance.
• Managed and control daily delivery activities in line with master plan.

Deployment of MTN Nigeria Phase 2, 3 & 4 Wimax Project.

• Lead the team that successfully delivered Huawei DBS3900 Wimax solution comprised of 348 Node-B, 2xWASN media gateway.
• I set up a managed service operation that ensured Wimax network is optimal and carryout optimization when necessary to improve quality of service. The managed service lasted 36-months.

Huawei MSAN/BRAS ASDSL pre-paid POC project.

• Managed voice of customer and established good client/customer relation to make this project successful.
• I coordinated Huawei and MTN technical team to first understand existing MTN Alcatel DSLAM network.
• The project was successful as Huawei has installed MSAN on 3regions.
• All test cases PASSED.

• Deployment of National Fiber Optics backbone Project for MTN Nigeria Road-M . Project Amount $37million.
• Developed delivery plan and successfully deployed 105 backbone expansion sites, 1x40G lambda, IPMPLS 10G Lambda Expansion, NFE Swap & Headroom 40G Lambda Expansion, 13 metro expansions and NFE expansion.
• Provided management for large team members involving 10 field engineers, 3 Regional Managers, 10 vendors.
