Responsible for the overall supervision of the Support Medical Head of (Laboratory, Radiology and Pharmacy) With the evaluation of all activities, plans, staffing and workflows in Radiology, Pharmacy and Laboratory Units.

The Continuous evaluation of the internal processes of the support team as well as to Design and plan policies to achieve the strategies set by the Organization.

Support the different service departments in achieving a good customer service experience.
