• Identification and registration/ enrollment of the pregnant women for the research project and following up with them till delivery day.
•Pregnant women were searched for in health centers and mission houses where local baby delivery is done.
•Taking and recording the vital signs of both baby and the mother, also the pregnant women, per visit.
•Babies from 0-2month were assessed for neonatal sepsis and signs of infection.
•Making of treatment plan for any recognized sepsis in neonate. Necessary referral were made for better treatment.
•Collection and collation of data were made by filling necessary forms for this purpose.
