As Vice President of Operations at Evolution Digital for more than 15 years, Michael has led enterprise-wide operational functions supporting cable operators, telecommunications providers, and hospitality customers across North America, Latin America, and Europe. He provides executive oversight for customer support, field operations, vendor management, service delivery, strategic planning, budgeting, and operational performance, ensuring alignment between business objectives and customer expectations across multiple international markets.
Michael has successfully negotiated and managed multimillion-dollar contracts, developed strategic vendor partnerships that strengthened supply chain resilience, and led tariff compliance, refund, and duty drawback programs designed to reduce financial risk and protect organizational margins.
