Business Analyst
- Business Analysis: Analyze costs associated with food, labour, and other operational expenses. Identifr trends and variances to provide actionable insights.
- Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and management of budgets, requests, monitor expenditures and compare them with the approved budget.
- Cost Control: Develop and implement cost control measures to reduce waste and increase eciency. Evaluate costsaving opportunities.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on cost analysis, highlighting key ndings, recommendations and present reports to management.
- Market Research: conduct market research to understand competitive scope and and customers preference and provide guide for business strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, procurement and Finance to monitor and analyze inventory levels and to ensure costefective purchasing.
- Vendor Analysis: Evaluate vendor performance and pricing. Negotiate contracts and terms to achieve the best possible cost outcomes.
- Forecasting: Assist in nancial forecasting and planning activities. Provide projections based on current and historical data.
- Compliance: Ensure all nancial activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Business Process Improvement: Evaluate current business processes and workows, identifr area for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance operational eciency.
