· Lead the 7-man project services team responsible for developing and managing the full suite of project services deliverables (project schedules, risk management, cost estimating, controls and reporting), on the Bonga Main New oil and Opex portfolio suite of projects (>US$ 2 billion). Guaranteeing compliance with global methodologies and standards, to bring on stream, 5 oil well tie-back projects from 2020 to date. These projects involve the engineering, procurement, fabrication and installation of subsea hardware systems (subsea well trees systems, jumpers, well slot expansion manifold, hydraulic and electrical flying leads), topsides facility upgrades, drilling and hook up of the production and wells.

· Guarantees budget control, integrated activity planning, coordinated schedule and risk management for subsea surveillance, subsea interventions and pipeline integrity for the existing Bonga FPSO facility to ensure availability of critical spares and subsea availability of >95% despite the aged facility.

· Established simplified cost, schedule, and risk reporting templates, that communicates the project's health at a glance for optimal reporting.

· Coach team members on best practices in planning and risk management, to foster a culture of continuous learning

· Collaborates with stakeholders across discipline engineering and non technical functions to deliver projects safely, to the desired quality and promote shared victories.

· Prepares and communicates analysis of trends that offer early warning of any deviations

· Drove transformational change on strategy for the Further development oil project,using data to challenge status quo, resulting in a time gain of over 12 months and a cost savings of approximately $100 million

· Contributed to the deep water project portfolio''s competitive and sustainable cost base by ensuring improved and sustained accuracy, of up to 84% in 2023

· Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to develop project specifications and requirements.
