- Over the past Six months, I have directly managed at least 12 cases of Sexual and Gender Based Violence (SGBV) monthly, which involved facilitating prosecution through the Ministry of Justice, making referrals to VAPP domicile agency, and providing legal support.
- I have successfully facilitated the initiation of prosecution for 5 Sexual and Gender Based Violence cases in High Courts of The Federal Capital Territory in Nigeria during the last three months, 3 pending arraignment.
- I am currently litigating 3 cases in the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, 2 matrimonial Proceedings ,and fundamentals Rights Enforcement.
- I have been involved in advocacy workshops aimed at local government leaders, addressing the dangers of harmful normative practices in Nasarawa, Niger, and F.C.T, reaching over 2,000 individuals, including preparation of recomendations on Gender-Responsive budgetting to the National Assembly.
- I contributed to writing and reviewing two grant proposals totaling $60,000 (CAD) for SGBV response efforts.
- I have drafted and participated in the implementation of SGBV-focused Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP), and various civil society groups in Nigeria.
