Responsible for managing procurement and contracting processes for technical services under Production Sharing Contract (PSC) operations to ensure efficient supply chain support for upstream activities.

1. Drive end-to-end tendering processes for PSC technical services including Operations & Maintenance (O&M), Engineering Procurement & Construction (EPC) and other upstream service contracts.

2. Manage procurement activities including Purchase Order (PO) and Work Order (WO) administration, ensuring operationalisation of awarded contracts.

7. Liaise with the Contract Management Department to ensure effective contract development, administration and performance monitoring.

8. Maintain procurement performance metrics and analytics to evaluate supplier performance, service cost and operational efficiency.

9. Participate in SUBCOM meetings reviewing PSC company work programmes, budgets and procurement performance.

10. Lead negotiations with suppliers and service providers on commercial terms, pricing and contract conditions.

11. Coordinate the review of technical proposals and procurement documentation submitted by vendors supporting PSC operations.

12. Prepare periodic procurement reports and strategic updates for the Deputy Manager, PSC Materials & Technical Services.
