Assigned to Offshore Oil&Gas field #HASDRUBAL (located 100km offshore Tunisia in the Gulf of Gabes. It lies in the 1,584km² #AMILCAR exploration permit at a water depth of 62m. Led Maintenance, and Operations Management . Responsibilities included:

• Managing preventive and corrective maintenance, including planning and execution.
• Planning curative maintenance and leading troubleshooting efforts.
• Leading daily maintenance planing meetings for updates and contributions.
• End of day meeting with OIM and Hods.
• Reporting daily maintenance activities and providing technical parameters....
• Weekly and monthly maintenance activities reports, commissioning progress, project status, and technical issues reporting...
• Compiling lists of spares, tools, and consumables required for each planned maintenance based on Manufacturer Technical documentation..
• Managing maintenance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monitoring daily tasks to ensure performance targets are met.
• Overseeing the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and continuously updating tasks and spares lists.
• Led a multidisciplinary team in executing planned PM activities.
• Prepared Permit to Work (PTW) for all PM activities.
• Issued Defect Reports and Purchase orders ( PRs).

Assigned to #OUED_ZAR Oil field Plant located Onshore Tunisia and operated by ENI Tunisia including :

• Provides leadership and support to ensure team achieves assigned Maintenance objectives effectively.
• Works within established parameters to make decisions, applying concepts to moderately complex issues, and resolves them through immediate action or short-term planning.
• Responds promptly to requests for emergency repairs and services for problematic equipment.
• Provides technical guidance and assistance to customer representatives on installation, operation, calibration, repair, and maintenance at their sites.
• Manages administrative tasks including writing technical reports, ordering materials, obtaining quotations, preparing job status reports, communicating with customers, and completing time sheets and expense sheets meticulously and promptly.
• Maintain strong safety mindset to assure the executed work reflects the technical requirements within the company safety standards
• Proficient in troubleshooting and conducting routine maintenance checks on a wide range of equipment from various vintages.
• Utilizes company e-tools proficiently to access technical documents and manage packing lists, bills of material, and drawings.
• Ensures all in-field activities are conducted safely in compliance with company Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) guidelines and procedures.
• Leads and executes assembly/installation and alignment of equipment.
• Independently conducts inspections of equipment.
• Responsible for maintaining the reliability of customer units and providing proactive support to all oil and gas customers.

Assigned to #ASHTART Oil Field Main Platform Complex ( 4 interconnected Platform) , #ASPFR3 One Satellite Platform and One FSO #IFRIKIA II :

• Daily maintenance activities.
• inspections & Audits as per Inspection/Audit plan (integrity , lifting equipment,, area inspections....)
• In charge of planned shutdowns ( Maintenance list , spare parts , third party technician .......).
• Manage mechanical, electrical, and instrument planned maintenance, overhauls, repairs, and troubleshooting for rotating machinery.
• Utilize Oracle system for planning, scheduling, execution, and record-keeping of mechanical works.
• Coordinate with other Discipline Sections for maintenance schedule alignment.
• Assist in detailed work scope and plan preparation for major maintenance activities.
• Initiate Material Requisitions and Purchase Requests for spare parts and consumables.
• Ensured equipment reliability and compliance with manufacturer standards such as SIMENS, SOLAR, Dresser-Rand, Emerson Delta V, and Superior.

Assigned to Onshore Oil Field: #DOULEB (2600m3, 4 producing wells with Electric Submersible Pumps (ESP); 7 producing wells with Beam Pumps; 3 water injection wells for production), #SEMMAMA (1 producing well with a Beam Pump; 1 water injection well for production) and #TAMESMIDA (300m3, 1 producing well with ESP Pump; 3 producing wells with Beam Pump; 1 water injection well for production) :

• Corrective and preventive maintenance.
• Develop Job Cards for equipments.
• Control of the Spare parts stock and replenishment.
• Monitor daily operation and maintenance activities.
• Maintenance procedures review and amendments.
• Work-pack development (Procedure, Method statement , risk assessment, DATA-sheet, check list , list of equipment and spare parts...)
• Reporting.

Assigned to Offshore Gas field #HASDRUBAL (located 100km offshore Tunisia in the Gulf of Gabes. It lies in the 1,584km² #AMILCAR exploration permit at a water depth of 62m.

Directed and coordinated the onshore mechanical team, including workshop personnel, to efficiently support offshore maintenance operations and ensure cost-effective maintenance activities :

• Prepare spares part list and consumables
• Work with the team reducing downtime and enhancing cost-effectiveness.
• Update CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for carried out works (planned and unplanned maintenance) as well as consumed spare parts.
• Analyze and enhance maintenance parameters to optimize equipment uptime.
• Prepare reports and recommendations to improve equipment efficiencies.
• Participate in regular meetings with maintenance team for effective issue resolution (TBT, Monthly Safety Meetings, CMMS Backlog meetings, Spare parts meetings, RA meetings, MOC meetings, ORA meetings).
• Contribute to maintain costs in line with planned budget.
