Provide professional health, safety and environmental support to all aspects of the offshore operations and to support the implementation of the HSE policies and the company's fulfillment of its duty of care responsibilities.
Assisting the HSE Manager to implement HSE plans; supporting development, maintaining, reviewing and coordinating HSE activities.
Coordinate investigation of any accidents, incidents, dangerous occurrences or near misses involving departments personnel or subcontractors; Act as focal point for all HSE incident reporting and compilation of statistics; Co-ordinate all HAZID and HAZOP actions to satisfactory closeout.

· Undertake site HSE audits and inspections and monitor actions, including contractor's activities and yard equipment pre-mob operations.

· Coordinate Site Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and carryout in-house Site HSE trainings / daily toolbox talks
· Monitor Routine / Critical lifting activities and rigging operations on site
· Coordinate and undertake HSE walk through with site management and prepare report as appropriate
· Coordinate site weekly HSE Committee meetings / monthly general HSE meetings
