Provide professional health, safety and environmental support to all aspects of the offshore operations and to support the implementation of the HSE policies and the company's fulfillment of its duty of care responsibilities.

Assisting the HSE Manager to implement HSE plans; supporting development, maintaining, reviewing and coordinating HSE activities.

Coordinate investigation of any accidents, incidents, dangerous occurrences or near misses involving departments personnel or subcontractors; Act as focal point for all HSE incident reporting and compilation of statistics; Co-ordinate all HAZID and HAZOP actions to satisfactory closeout.

Maintain contract specific HSE and quality documentation, including procedures / work instructions and audit schedules; Perform internal and external project / contract related audits; Manage improvement actions/corrective actions / Non Conformity Reports to satisfactory closeout on behalf of the Rig Manager.

Supporting company and contractors in maintaining compliance with the clients HSE Plans, Procedures and Standards.

Acting as focal point for safety programs & initiatives e.g STOP, Safety Suggestions Schemes etc.

Mentoring, training and developing trainees as and when assigned; Conduct safety meeting and prepare JHA for critical operations.

Conduct specific safety induction to employee on board / record, file and update employees training records.

Monitor hazardous operation and take necessary safety precautions as required.

· Maintained Permit To Work (PTW) system and check for compliance

· Liaises with and assist the Barge superintendent to ensure that all safety related equipment certification is enter into Assets Management Operating System (AMOS) and frequently updated

· Maintains fire-fighting appliances, life-saving equipment in accordance with the planned maintenance system and related certification in date and make record or reports about it as directed

· Co-ordinate and monitor the implementation/compliance of approved HSE plans and procedures

· Liaise with client to carry out pre-mob inspection on proposed tools, equipment and materials to be used for the AD22 pipeline/topsides project

· Undertake site HSE audits and inspections and monitor actions, including contractor's activities and yard equipment pre-mob operations.

· Collate information and prepare reports on key HSE events and related activities on site on regular basis

· Participate in accident/incident investigation and report appropriately as required by the HSE Manager

· Prepare daily, weekly and monthly Site HSE reports

· Coordinate Site Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and carryout in-house Site HSE trainings / daily toolbox talks

· Monitor Routine / Critical lifting activities and rigging operations on site

· Coordinate and undertake HSE walk through with site management and prepare report as appropriate

· Coordinate site weekly HSE Committee meetings / monthly general HSE meetings

· Carryout any other HSE related activity as required by the HSE Manager.
