Cross sold and grew Digital revenues mainstream media revenue levels @ Havas. Some New Businesses won in chronological order: KBC (Star TV), UTI MF, History Channel, Quikr, Shaadi.com, Heinz, Parle Biscuits, Airtel Nigeria, Lana & Ferrero (Cameroon), Bajaj Finserv, Bajaj Allianz, ACC, Piramal Healthcare, Gitam University, Tata AIG, Icon Steel, Airtel, Stanbic Bank and Perfetti.

Leadership Experience

Have been in a leadership role managing my team P&L for the last 18+ years. This has included team structuring, rightsizing, identifying and hiring the right talent using psychographic profiling. Currently helping Essence MediaCom work its way towards the No1 slot in Nigeria through growth of both Organic and Inorganic Brand activities. Have helped teams return to profitability after a disastrous year three times (Lowest billing ever in 2011-12, Loss of significant business 2014 and 2017). Harmonized multicultural teams across Countries and Branches. Smooth incorporation of Digital team into mainstream media team. At mediaReach OMD, we created a structure for evaluating a revenue per employee model for arriving at a comprehensive work allocation process. Was hired to stop Client migration when the JV between Havas and TME went adrift. 100% Client retention on that occasion in 2016. Have recently taken on the challenge of guiding a Creative led Digital Agency on its growth journey - very different from past endeavours. Currently leading Essence Mediacom in Nigeria in its path to becoming the top Agency in the Nigerian market.
