Accomplishments

  • I recommended a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet to the department so that it could easily update the information on foreign guests who stayed at the hotel each day. This would allow us to provide noteworthy details to the security organizations that have been authorized by the government to track illegal immigrants.
  • I manage the hotel's monthly occupancy projection using data I pull from the manager's report in the OPERA PMS. I was able to present the business's development to the hotel management in this way and offer suggestions for generating more revenue. Additionally, I examined the monthly room occupancy rates of various hotels and used the findings to chart the development of room income.
  • Because of my background in finance, I performed the task of compiling all the company's bills that have credit facilities with us at the end of the month. The management advised me to submit the compilation of all the company's bills to the credit officer for seamless payment.
