• Part of the deal team tasked with leading and managing new Mergers and Acquisition opportunities through the deal cycle (drafting Investment Proposal, due diligence assessment, drafting the Binding/Non-Binding Offer, Share Purchase Agreement Negotiation, Regulatory approval process and Merger Integration).
• Participates in the negotiation and arrangement of debt and equity financing transaction from Development Finance Institutions.
• Provide strategic support to the Holding Company and its non-banking subsidiaries.
• Developed onboarding plan for the training and development of Team Analysts.

Key Accomplishments:

• Project Lead (Sell-side deal team) in the divestment of Access Pension Custodian Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Access Bank, from the pension funds custody business in Nigeria. The transaction pave way for the Group diversification into the Pension funds administration sector which have more growth potentials.
• Part of the buy-side deal team in the acquisition of Sigma Pensions Limited and First Guarantee Pension Limited (ranked 7th and 12th respectively in the Nigerian PFA sector) with a combined Asset Under Management (AUM) of NGN 759 billion (c. US$1.70 Billion). The combination of both PFAs has produced the 4th largest PFA in Nigeria that is well positioned to compete with the industry leaders.
• Worked in a team of five (5) to raise a US$280 Million Debt Facility from United States International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) to support the expansion of the Bank's small and medium enterprise (“SME”) loan portfolio especially women-owned SMEs and other climate change-focused enterprises in Nigeria.
• Participated in the negotiation and arrangement of BWP 150 million (approx. USD 15 million) Tier 2 subordinated term facility in favor of Access Bank subsidiary in Botswana.

• Carried out feasibility studies and country risk assessments of newly identified locations/ markets of interest based on the Bank's strategic direction and present findings to management prior to market entry.
• Collaborated with all relevant units of the Bank to put together necessary filings with relevant regulatory authorities (Central Banks, Competition Authority, Trademark Agencies etc) to secure approvals for all our M&A and other investments projects.
• Co-managed the merger integration of new acquisitions with external consultants to drive the execution of the Integration Master Plan and provides weekly IMO progress report to the management. I was also responsible for driving the Post-legal Day 1 Integration activities and deliverables until Operational Day 1 milestone is achieved.
• Contributed to business development growth of African Subsidiaries office by supporting an initiatives "One Bank Initiatives" targeted towards sign-on of Large Corporate/Multinationals across Africa (More than 100 Corporate accounts were on-boarded in 2021 up from 35 accounts opened in the previous year).

Key Accomplishments

• Part of the buy-side deal team and Integration Management team in the acquisitions of African Banking Corporation (BancABC Botswana and Mozambique), subsidiaries of the London Stock Exchange-listed Atlas Mara Limited.
• Worked in a team of three (3) responsible for the set-up of Access Bank subsidiary office in Guinea-Conakry and Cameroon.
• Part of the buy-side deal team in the acquisition of Cavmont Bank Limited, Zambia. Also co-managed the merger integration of Cavmont Bank with Access Bank existing subsidiary in the market (Access Bank Zambia Limited).

• Provided meaningful math instruction to improve math skills of children.
• Assessed submitted class assignments, determined grades and reviewed work with struggling students to boost success chance.
• Prepared and implemented lesson plans covering required course topics.
• Organized extra Lessons to help prepare the students for the State Joint Mock Examination.
• As the Secretary of Education Development (CDS) Group in Ibarapa East Local Government, I coordinated an Inter School Spelling Bee and Quiz Competition for Senior Secondary School students in Ibarapa East Local Government. In the same capacity, I also facilitated a public lecture on the topic “Importance of Academic Excellence/Effects of Examination Malpractice” delivered to the students of Ibarapa Polytechnic, Eruwa, Oyo State.

• Studied functional relationships between diverse Electrical operations to assess impact of different decisions and protocols.
• Worked closely with industrial professionals to expand upon acquired training with practical knowledge.
• Responsible for monitoring and recording differential pressure changes in the Gas Metering Station to aid onsite Engineers in effective decision making.
