  • Oyster is a high-growth SaaS company with an end-to-end distributed HR platform that allows you hire and pay quickly and compliantly across 180+ countries. My role involved enabling Oyster's go-to-market teams to put their best foot forward by creating scalable training and knowledge management.
  • Owned and managed our internal learning management system (Workramp) for the GTM teams - user management, reporting and analysis and content management
  • Created and modified training materials and sales assets for new product features, process changes, sales tools user guides and GTM onboarding to follow andragogy principles
  • Facilitated skill and competency building in line with our sales and sales enablement strategy through live sessions and custom online guides/courses
  • Handled onboarding logistics for the Sales and CX teams spread across 50+ countries
  • Communicated cross-functionally with business unit leaders to help build onboarding programs for new joiners
  • Project-managed the creation of enablement material that required input from business units such as legal & compliance, customer ops, global ops and finance!
  • Created documentation and trained the product growth team on the full sales process from lead generation to deal close.
  • Key accomplishments (KA) 1: - Conceptualised and executed a quarterly awards category called “The knowledge bank” to reward those who stayed on top of their learning for each quarter. We saw a positive correlation between knowledge bank candidates and performance
  • KA 2: Ideation and creation of the sales enablement dashboard on Looker to track LMS reporting with the data engineering team
  • KA 3: Completely took over the role of GTM Onboarding manager for 5 months while my teammate was sick. In that time, I conducted the full process of onboarding for a RevOps program manager, a BDR manager, CS specialist, CX enablement manager, CX Process Analyst, and 2 Directors on the CX team.

  • Curriculum research and development - Designed and implemented a system for content management, ensuring synchronicity of information delivery across the different schools using cloud-based tools
  • Research, design and development of instructor training materials for improved innovation in teaching practices
