  • As an independent monitoring officer, I monitored the affairs and transparency of the census across Rivers and Bayelsa State respectively.
  • Worked with the two respective National Bureau of Statistics State officers, however reports directly to the Head Quarters, Abuja, (FCT).
  • Checked met the activities of filed enumerators across the two respective states to ensure all valid establishments as stipulated by the World Bank are captured using the CAPI.
  • Over all and conclusive reports from all the LGA across the two states as monitored independently were hence submitted to the Head Quarters, Abuja, (FCT) and forwarded to the World Bank for proper scrutiny.
