• Ran the Engineering section as General manager Operations, engaging frequently with regulators to approve development plans and activities for Emerald Energy’s oil fields.
• In an Acting COO capacity also represented the board in several fora and successfully negotiated several deals and agreements on their behalf.

In this role, his considerable knowledge and experience base in Petrophysics particularly in the areas of Reservoir Description and Characterization, Engineering and Project economics served as a major advantage.
• In-charge of the mentoring program for younger engineers and industrial training attachés to the company as part of Emerald Energy Resources Limited’s contribution to Local Human capital Development amongst other varied tasks.

• Company’s primary interface/liaison in all development projects with multinational organizations like Oryx Petroleum (Geneva Switzerland). Worked in Geneva as a key team member in successfully delivering the Dila-1 Exploration well.
• Interfaced with Bluewater Energy BV (Netherlands) and delivered the asset facilities and evacuation concept.
• Technical Assistant to the Special Adviser on Petroleum (SAP) matters to the President the Federal Republic of Nigeria (2007-2011)-ad hoc assignment.
