• I used Excel and PowerBI to gather and analyze data on crude oil theft. The teamwork was great and will help us create effective prevention strategies.
• I assessed the environment using RTK-GPS to pinpoint accurate coordinates and identify potential sample points.
• As an expert in investigating oil spills, I oversee identifying the cause, evaluating environmental damage, and creating maps. I also work to prevent spills, partnering with advocacy groups to establish best practices and advocating for stricter regulations. My goal is to minimize the impact of spills on the environment and communities.
• I leverage cutting-edge tools like ArcGIS to meticulously scrutinize geographical data, unlocking invaluable insights that enable superior resource management and land use decision-making. Through my expertise, resources are utilized in a more streamlined and impactful manner, driving maximal efficiency and effectiveness.
• In April and May of 2023, I oversaw the De-sit waterways survey in Opolo/Abanigene, Bayelsa State, Nigeria. My primary responsibility was ensuring the survey was accurate and complete in every aspect.

• During my professional registration preparation in Ughelli, Delta State, I conducted a layout survey for Ekpan Better Life Multi-Purpose Co-operative Society Limited. The survey covered an area of 18,215.611 square meters and included 32 different plots.
• I conducted specialized overflight and monitoring to detect pipeline vandalization, crude oil theft, oil spillages, and other urgent company-related matters.
• Utilize data analytics skills to extract, transform, and clean flight path data. Present the resulting flight model to critical stakeholders for decision-making purposes.
• I Performed a preliminary dredge sounding of the slot and access canal at the Orubiri Well-05 location in Degema, Rivers State.
• Collaborate with government representatives and local communities to map out oil spills in the Niger Delta region's environment.
• I performed an as-built survey of the flowlines and tie-ins at the manifold at Isimiri Well-001 in the Imo River of Imo State, Nigeria.
• I assist with Environmental Impact Assessments, navigation coordination, and data gathering and processing per the Department of Petroleum Resources regulations.

• I effectively showcased my leadership skills by actively participating in crucial company projects and adhering to established standards and operating procedures. As a result, I was able to prevent any potential long-term issues that could have arisen from inaccurate survey work.

• As the company's site representative, I oversaw the Topographic survey covering 3.314 hectares for SPDC Imo River Well 51 in Abia State, Nigeria.
• I oversaw the comprehensive survey of Obigbo Wells 14, 33, and 49, covering a significant area of 4.49 hectares.
• The Geomatics department is responsible for leading a specialized team that carries out routine security monitoring flights to oversee the pipelines and other activities along the Right of Way owned by the company.
• As part of my professional registration process, I surveyed a 3.826km flowline running from Akaso Well-013 to Cawthorne Channel 1 Flow Station Right of Way in Degema, Rivers State.
• I provide Geomatics support in mapping remediated sites and ensuring regulatory compliance through post-cleanup inspections.

Key Achievement

• Through consistent participation in fieldwork and training, I have enhanced my skills and gained valuable experience. As a result, I have become more confident and adept at problem-solving, making my contributions to the team more reliable and appreciated by my line manager.

• I support in the development of a plan(PSSCP) for field activity (Project specific Safety Security and Community Plan) and strategizing for its execution.
• I prepare and calibrate survey equipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. I oversee logistics and aim for precision and professionalism in all surveying tasks.
• I assist in setting up Total Station equipment for conducting surveys and recording important survey data on field sheets.
• I had the opportunity to participate in the survey conducted for the electrification project route of the Benin River Basin in Koko, Delta State.

• I taught Astronomy and Earth Observations to students, aiming to help them appreciate the beauty and complexity of our universe and planet. It was enriching for both my students and me.
• As a Graduate Assistant, I was responsible for teaching students practical skills and overseeing their performance of sun and azimuth observations.
• I administered qualifying exams and performed other duties on campus.
