Delegates and attend the toolbox talk with team to ensure workers involved in day-to-day activity comply with all HSE process and allow them to ask questions or having them demonstrate safe work practices. As lifting technical authority providing technical leadership to contractors with oversight and guidance to projects with Major Maintenance activities, campaigns. Produce CMMS strategy and implementation for all mechanical handling, lifting & rigging operations across the entire plant. Member of Maintenance, Reliability and Turnaround (MRTA) Consultative Forum for decision making on all Train-7 Project’s lifting and rigging and Maintenance Systems. Actively coordinate, supervise the routine maintenance and turnaround activities within the time frame requested by client in safer manner. Work closely with contractors to provide guidance and supervision of all aspects of lifting operations in a multi-cultural and challenging environment. Provision of Technical Assurance support to contractors providing Lifting Operations services to client with its general functions, conformance with regulatory requirements and all relevant engineering standards. Implement and integrate Lifting Procedure Management, review risk management for all Lifting Operations and lifting Equipment requirements as required.
