I have 22 years professional work experience, 8 of which have been in Senior - Executive Management capacity. This experience spans tactical and strategic execution of technology solutions in core infrastructure, custom software development, business systems, service management and banking operations.

I have led multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative digital products as a key value driver to foster customer acquisition, customer engagement and revenue growth with good success. In recent times, I have explored practical and innovative use cases for emerging technologies such as Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence in the financial services sector.

Outside work, my other interests are Formula One motorsport, wind sailing, motorcycle touring, scuba diving and mountain hiking.

• Achieved FBNQuest IT Applications business systems efficiency performance targets by re-architecting custom applications interface and comprehensively documenting the road map to stabilize operational challenges using the Enterprise Architecture Framework. I also introduced the automation of solution delivery by initiating DevOps (Azure) and an Agile approach to deliver iterative value to customers. (Aug 2020)
• Documented and resolved customer attrition issues for FBNQuest Asset Management which led to the development of FBNEdge, a mobile banking app which was the cumulation of several operational and customer engagement initiatives to address known business challenges. This resulted in growth of over 20% in customer acquisition, 30% in Assets Under Management in the first year of operation. (Oct 2019)
• Collaborated with a team of over 150 professionals which include Executive Management staff, Business Team Leads, consultants from Accenture, PwC and EY in Project Quartz, an enterprise-wide business transformation project which delivered 9 best in class business solutions to the FBNQuest Financial services Group. (Nov 2018)
• Supervised operations for 5 departments as acting Head of the Business Support Group of Kakawa Discount House for 14 months where I oversaw Customer Service, Customer Care, Financial Control, Treasury Operations and Information Technology. This was a multi-disciplinary team of about 50 persons of various cadre. (April 2016)
• Reduced Operating Expenses by 20% while increasing IT Operations efficiency by 40% in 18 months by visualizing the datacenter and core banking infrastructure of the Kakawa Group using VMWARE and Solaris virtualization for Finacle Core banking software. (Feb 2013)
