SCHEDULE, BUDGET

• Project baseline schedule preparation, L3/L4 level schedule preparation as per inputs received from designers, vendors, stake holders, project leads.
• Schedule controlling & monitoring, catch up plan.
• Budget preparation, base line cost, implementing value additions, +/- 10% cost accuracy and management approval.
• Preparing cash flow sheet and alignment with F&A.
• Identifying cost over runs and Implementing cost control measures.
• Establishing change management procedure. Controlling PDNs.

ENGINEERING:

• Alignment/agreement with vendors for applicable design standards, codes, basic design basis.
• Process and U&O Integration, during design conceptualization,
• Preparing DOR for engg scope, supply and construction.
• Managing engg team, fast track engg execution, monitoring engg progress and deliverable schedule
• Implementing value addition in engg.
• Coordinate with procurement to get vendor inputs in time to avoid engg delay.
• Monitoring document management, resolving loading/download issues, ensuring access to only right users, red marking progress, revision control etc.,

PROCUREMENT:

• Preparing MR for getting offers, preparing techno commercial evaluation, vendor/contractor selection for process plant and packages along with commercial team.
• Publishing approved vendors list, additional new vendors management
• Coordination with commercial team for PO release, inspection, delivery, payment, packing.
• Coordination with logistic team for shipping and delivery
• Prime contract management, Coordination with legal team for NDA matter, contractual issues
• Monitoring material receipt and MRR documentation.

PROJECT EXECUTION:

• Charting staffing plan, resources requirement at various phases of project
• Charting risks and working out risk mitigation plan, Assessing the impact of risk in project cost & schedule, determining contingency plan to overcome risks.

Commissioned and Operated 1x300 tpd, and 1x885 tpd ASU plants for 3 years successfully.

• Executed various trouble shooting measures and achieved 100% production as per design case and 99% availability of plant.
• Formulated spares management strategy and arranged spares to support plant operation.
• Achieved monthly target liquid production and supported supply of liquids to customers without interruption. Orchestrated long-range planning for operations, enrollment and customer service.
• Monitoring healthiness of plant and machinery.

• Arranged scheduled mockup drills to ensure working condition of plant safety measures
• Conceived, developed and implemented an aggressive expansion project that quadrupled the size of the facility and staff, as well as added an additional grade level.
• Formulated and implemented safe plant O&M Policies, Procedures and Manuals
• Improvement packs are added and achieved full liquid production.

Executed 150-tpd Air separation plant, Oxygen Gas PRDs system, GOX/GAN storage and distribution network, Liquid storage system, Utility packages and system from concept to commissioning.

• Developed and implemented operation Policies, Procedures and various HSE programs to enhance plant safety (of men and machinery), including confined space training program.
• Implemented various plant performance improvement related projects; upgraded the plant systems.
• Functioned as RCA and improvement manager for trouble shootings, enhancement of production and quality of products.

Executed 300-tpd Air separation plant, Oxygen Gas PRDs system, GOX/GAN storage and distribution network, Liquid storage and b/u system, Utility packages (IA/PA/N2/Cooling tower, Fire & Safety system from concept to commissioning.

Polypropylene terminal facility in AIL Hazlra complex, and 300 tpd ASU in Birla Copper, Dahej.

• Handled Project Site management, Responsible for projects mechanical piping activites from construction to pre-commissioning, followed by commissioning, performance testing and de-bottle necking etc.,
• Actively involved In project planning, recourses management, mitigation of hurdles at site execution, heavy lifting etc., Overviewed civil, mechanical, piping, Electric and instrumentation construction jobs, fire protection systems etc., in terms of quality and schedule commitment.
• Coordination with different agencies, client, licensor, consultants to implement the site activities as per target schedule till mechanical completion.
• Supported O&M team and licensor for successful commissioning of plant.
• Formulated established QCP, implemented QA/QC requirements, organized resources to perform QA/QC, coordinated with various agency/contractor to execute QA/QC programs.
• Fulfilled various safety norms as required to meet Zero Incident at site.

Executed Furnaces, fired heaters, incinerators, Flare system construction activities for various clients. Handled 12 flare system project sites, 2 Burner management system project sites.

• Organized site job with various contractors, finalized contract documentation, made agreement with contractors.
• Coordinated with contractors, head quarter, client and various agency for smooth execution of site jobs.
• Executed site job as per project schedule and management objective.
• Achieved major milestones, like installation of 80 mtr self supported flare stack.
• Handled testing, commissioning, performance testing and de-bottle necking of Flare system and Combustion system
• Worked closely with Project Managers regarding constructability issues, cost variations, and time overrun.

Executed construction activities in 210 MW thermal power plant from civil work to mechanical completion.
