• Manage and oversee Tractrac’s Project activities including Projects, operations, business development, communication and technology units.
• Develop and implement a low-risk lease financing product working with equipment vendors and financial institutions
• Support lead conversion of prospective investors identified through Tractrac mobile and web platforms
• Facilitate the development of a sustainable system for expanding the pool of skilled actors available within the agricultural mechanization space including operators, mechanics and booking agents
• Create a sustainable model for delivering year-round capacity development to mechanization value chain actors to improve their knowledge and skills
• Assist in establishing partnerships and driving business strategy
• Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
• Provide updates and detailed reports on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress of deliverables.
• Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of project.
• Perform risk management to minimize risks in delivering objectives.
• Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Create informative presentations; present and deliver information to potential vendors at meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences
