  • Microbiological analysis of brewing and spent Yeast consistency.

  • Collaborated with team of ten (10) in the development of First Time Right (FTR) Last Rinse Water Improvement team at Champion Breweries Plc (A Subsidiary of Heineken).
  • Achieved 100% First Time Right (FTR) Heineken Microbiological Ring Analysis (HMRA) and Heineken Sensory Ring Analysis (HSRA) (Target: 95%) for three consecutive years after previous years of failure before my appointment as a Microbiologist and Sensory Analyst.
